Listening comprehension is a complex process that acquires great importance for people who are learning a second language, that is why it is important to recognize why students cannot recognize well what is being spoken in front of them and take exercises based on it. From this perspective, it is important to recognize the difficulties in understanding what the teacher is playing in the classroom. In addition to this, students claim to find complications when listening to what they like to hear, like movies, songs and video games. Estas dificultades por lo general son tratadas hasta que llegan a una edad mucho mayor como es de los 4 años en adelante, cuando ingresan a la educación formal del país. Es en este punto que los profesionales notan un desfase en su lenguaje y deben remitirlos con los terapeutas de lenguajes, es importante saber que no todas las Instituciones cuentan con este servicio, por lo tanto, no todos pueden acceder a este y los que lo logran, pueden quedar en una lista de espera muy grande, por lo tanto, no siempre reciben atención inmediatamente. De esta necesidad es que nace la tesis, donde la investigadora indaga sobre la información que existe sobre el tema y descubre que han sido temas de las cuales se ha explicado, sin embargo, no las relacionan directamente, lo que permite que se dé un abordaje diferente.
