The innate skill of communicating is visible in the majority of creatures on earth. People as well as other beings have faced challenges but always found a way to interact to each other. Communication has been a way for humans to evolve, learn and improve. The better people learn to communicate, the bigger the number of people they will reach. Learning other languages is a growing need on humans for intellectual, but also for commercial purposes. The basis of this paper is to explore how the language anxiety might interrupt or delay this learning process in students from the Sykes academy. This brief study throws important aspects to understand this broad topic and the way learners and educators manage such situation. This project is supported by other relevant studies on this field. As a whole, it will contribute to future researchers to understand this phenomenon and to create possible solutions to overcome possible obstacles when teaching a foreign language.en_US
